Lead the art direction for all creative deliverables in the global launch of Kevin Durant’s 14th signature shoe. KD had been sidelined for 552 days with an injury but never questioned the strength of his return. We built a creative concept to reflect and honor this dedication (while also mirroring NYC’s return through the pandemic) and delivered athlete photography, athlete motion spot, product photography, custom tagline and typography, digital direction and final out of home executions. From brief to launch we had around 6 weeks to execute this direction during many covid constraints.
